During the last decade some really spectacular new properties saw the light in Croatia and we are happy to say that we offer a really nice portfolio of very nice accommodations.
In Dubrovnik some of the classical hotels have been revamped into state of the art top properties. Our favorites are Villa Dubrovnik, the Bellevue and the Excelsior hotel. All three are close to the old town, offering amazing facilities. In Brac our favorite is the impeccable Lemon Garden hotel where the old heart of Sutivan was turned into a wonderful hotel. We’re very happy with the opening of the Maslina Resort in Stari Grad on Hvar. In Split we are fans of the Divota concept: top end apartments with hotel service. All of our clients have been in the wonderful Dresort in Sibenik liked it very much. A great base to explore the Kornati Archipelago and Krka National Park. In Zadar the Bastion made a fresh start and provides (together with the Almayer Art hotel) very nice downtown accommodation. In Plitvice we like both the good old Degenija and the brandnew Fenomen hotel. In Zagreb the Esplanade remains our unchallenged favorite. Opatija features Bevanda and the newly opened Ikador. Last but not least Istria has some amazing accommodations: We are Stancija Meneghetti fans from their start. Recently the Grand Park Rovinj hotel made a stunning entree and San Canzian Villa & hotel in the north of Istria stole our hearts right from the moment it opened in 2019.
LUXURY NIGHTS
Lemon Garden hotel in Brac ticks all the boxes. From Split Airport a speedboat takes you in half an hour to this amazing place. No efforts were spared to turn the heart of the beautiful village of Sutivan on the island of Brac into a world class accommodation. All the rooms are different and very tastefully decorated. The food is amazing: Ante Udovicic is a passionate chef who loves to use the local ingredients from the islands and the surrounding sea.
We’ll arrange a Mini Cabriolet to explore the island of Brac, after which their idyllic private Beach club is the perfect place to relax and laze around.
AMAZING LOCATIONS
If you want to feel like a modern and very comfortable Robinson Crusoe we strongly advise to spend one or two nights on the island of Zjut in the Kornati Archipelago. Just three glamping tents built on a small hill overlooking the crystal cler sea and the surrounding islands. The boat trip there from Zadar or Sibenik already gives you the best possible impression of one of the most beautiful parts of the Adriatic sea. Snorkelling, swimming, and enjoy an amazing lunch on one of the many islands. The tents are just a stone throw away from Festa, one of the best restaurants in the entire Adriatic.
HIDDEN PLACES
Split turned from a ferry port to the islands into a very popular and busy destination. Lots of hotels, bars, shops and restaurants in the alleys and squares of the old town and Dioclethian’s Palace. And tourists all over the place. Divota Apartments is a unique project in Veli Varos, the once notorious neighbourhood between the old town and Marjan Park. A number of original town houses have impeccably been restored into rooms and apartments. You truly feel like you’re living the local life. But you also have the excellent service of a central reception and every morning you are spoiled with an amazing breakfast.
LIVE THE LIFE AT SEA
A catamaran is probably the best way to explore the beautiful coast and islands of Croatia. It is the summa cum laude of luxury and privacy. Your floating hotel has all the space and luxury you could ask for. Beautiful cabins with private bathrooms and amazing lounge and dining areas, both inside and outside. Your crew will take very good care of you and take you wherever you want to go. Spend your days lazing around, swimming, reading and snorkeling.
