After a small briefing about the phenomenon of truffle and how the tradition came about, you start a real truffle hunt together with the guide and the tracking dogs. You set off and when they arrive in the forest, the extremely enthusiastic dogs start their diligent research. After a leisurely walk through the richly variegated bushes, the "hunt" is ended, and it is time to eat the loot. Enjoy delicious local cheese and ham, richly supplied with truffle and accompanied by a carafe of red and white wine, which comes from the own vineyard. Don’t expect a standard story from a bored winegrower, but enthusiastic people who want to surprise you and Goran with the best possible products. You will get to know from a hobbyist with a tank in the garage to a hypermodern winery, where the most modern techniques are used.

Choose from the best that Istria has to offer: fresh fish, oysters from Lim and other shellfish from the Adriatic, as well as delicious products from the surrounding hills: truffles, mushrooms, pure meat and artisanal cheeses, the famous pršut, the local raw ham... After visiting Pula market, head to an idyllic cottage surrounded by olive trees where some of the secrets of the local cuisine will be revealed. The cooking class is always tailor-made and you will certainly learn to prepare a traditional pasta or, for example, a traditional žgvacet (a typical local meat dish) or a brodet, which is somewhere between a fish goulash and a bouillabaisse.

The most remarkable thing about Split is that the classic sights are placed in a still very vivid context. The city was founded almost 2000 years ago when the resident, Emperor Diocletian, opened the gates to the inhabitants of the inland villages escaping the barbarians from the hills. The palace is now an organic part of the old city and people still live there. In Split, the tourist flows mix smoothly with the local residents. You will not only see the monuments on this private tour, but also walk through the fish market and the vegetable market where the locals buy their fresh goods. Through all kinds of streets, alleys and squares you will arrive at the lively boulevard: Riva.
