If you like what you see of course you can copy them exactly, but we like to take an individual approach to every new trip. After you tell us your preferences, we get to know you better and we create a journey just for you. As soon as we’ve had our initial phone or email conversation, your Local Hero will begin to tailor and create an itinerary around your wishes.

Positively yes. We have had so many happy and satisfied families with wonderful feedback. We’ve spent years finding out which destinations and hotels are perfect for kids of any age. No you won’t. All of our trips are private and tailor-made, so you won’t be joining a group (unless of course you’re travelling with one of your own). There’s no maximum group size (within reason), so if you want to go with five friends or 50 family members, we can sort it. We’ve also built strong relationships with a number of top hotels in our destinations, so if you want a luxury hotel solely for your group, we can arrange a buy-out exclusively. If you are looking for weekend getaway, a few days quick adventure or a few weeks travel experience, we can do it all. That is what makes a difference and what makes us your Heroes.

It’s up to you, if you would like to get rid of the stress of buying tickets, we can do it for you. Should you want to book your own then that’s totally fine too. If you prefer a more private travel, we can also book private jets, should you need them.

When you’re completely happy with your final itinerary you give us the go ahead. After that we will confirm everything with our Local Heroes in destination and start the countdown. We will send a booking form regarding the prepayment and the deposit that has to be done to confirm your booking. About two weeks before your arrival you will receive all the details regarding every service you booked in the form of e-vouchers with all the (contact) details of every service we bookend for you. You can open your Local Heroes e-vouchers on your laptop, tablet or mobile smart phone to have access to all itinerary details at any moment. Of course, we are always here for you. You can contact us at any time. As you get closer to the departure date and have made your final payment, we’ll send through your final travel documents before setting up a pre-departure WhatsApp message to answer any last-minute questions.

Generally, no. As we are experts in the travel industry, we respect qualified physicians and doctors that are more capable of providing you with correct reply. Please contact them for any recommendations.

Upon your return, we’ll send you our Local Heroes feedback form that includes questions and ratings about your journey. We love to receive feedback as we treasure them greatly as we believe it is a great way to finetune the details. Also it is a nice way for travellers to share experiences and recommendations with each other.
